This is available either as a KIT or completely FINISHED!  It is a very highly detailed casting of the velociraptor throat bone, as seen in JP3.   A WONDERFUL gift for the dinosaur and/or movie prop collector.

The bone is a solid casting (doesn't actually function as a whistle) high impact urethane.  

It is available as a raw kit for $28.95 that requires slight cleaning and trimming or it can arrive to you fully finished for $49.95.  Shipping is $8 inside the U.S., $9 to Canada, overseas $15.
