X-WING HELMET KIT:
The xwing helmet kit includes the helmet shells, a strip of styrene for the mohawk, a separate mohawk cap, a chin cup, and a visor.
Decal sets are availble online free or can be purchased separately as decal applications that aren't included in the base prices:
The CAST version of this kit is $245
The vacuformed version of this kit is $175
JEDI TRAINING HELMET:
The jedi training helmet includes the helmet shell, mohawk strip, the blastshield, and a full set of decals.
The jedi training helmet is the same 265 for the cast version, 195 for the vacuformed version. Each kit includes the full set of decals.
Assemble your thermal formed shells by joining them side at the edges, spot, glueing and re-enforcing the seamline with bondo. You can strengthen this shell by coating the interior with fiberglass. Trim the seamline with sandpaper.
Then simply cover the seamline with the provided styrene strip. After a coat of white paint this assembly looks like this:
