NABOO J-TYPE STAR SKIFF

WELCOME TO THE STAR SKIFF WEBPAGE!!!  This is a digital model that is open for pre-order.  It will be available by the middle part of December 2025.  You can also follow this project on my FB PAGE. 

Parts are in STL format and can be printed on FDM or resin printers.   Parts are separated so you can print a very large model on a modestly-sized printer.

This is modeled with a separate interior cockpit module (allowing you to install LEDs) and considerations for LED interior wire channels/battery storage with a magnetic coverplate, etc... AND YES A LANDED VERSION IS INCUDED AS AN OPTION!! There are 2 versions: 1.) LANDED 2.) FLIGHT MODE. We're currently engineering separations/pinning. The few parts I've test printed look incredible. It took a few tries but we nailed a satisfactory panel line depth/width. It's a tricky affair because if the scribed lines are too large you lose the scale of the thing, if they're too small they disappear in printing. We exaggerated the width and depth by a tad bit because I'll be doing a video seminar of proper home chrome plating and the process adds a certain level of thickness (3 layers of 2k automotive paint) and that has a tendency to diminish panel lines. I'll be coordinating with 8K miniatures for printing a large version and filming a chroming tutorial video instruction for this. This will be printable either in FDM or resin.
