This lifesize endo-skull was made in a single afternoon from a raw casting. First it was battle scarred using various techniques, then painted silver, then weathered with a wash coat, then detailed with rust colors, and finally wiring was attached on the underside for a battle-damaged appearance.

And here's what a raw KIT looks like. As you can see the battle damaging is done by the builder, AFTER it's cast, so you can customize all you like =)
RED LEDs lights can be positioned in the eye socket, with the wires being fed through the skull to an on/off switch located on the underside.
